• Module 1: ADHD & ASD in Women
  This module provides an in-depth look at ADHD and ASD presentations in women, conditions that have historically been underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed in female patients. It includes three pre-recorded video sessions focusing on ADHD and ASD in women.
• Module 2: Trauma and Mental Health Disorders
  This module delves into trauma and mental health disorders, focusing on complex PTSD (cPTSD), co-occurring Autism and ADHD in women, and the diagnostic complexities between cPTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
• Module 3: Eating Disorders and Early Intervention.
  This module explores eating disorders, with a focus on early intervention strategies and the connection between trauma and disordered eating. Emphasising approaches such as multi-family therapy for Anorexia Nervosa, this module provides practical insights into effective early intervention.
• Module 4: Hormones and Women's Mental Health.
  This module examines the impact of hormones on women’s mental health, with a focus on Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and hormonal influences on mood and ADHD. Given the significant role hormones play in mood regulation and mental health, understanding these interactions is essential for providing comprehensive care.
• Module 5: Neurodivergence and Service Delivery.
  This module addresses neurodivergence in women and examines the evolution of service delivery to better meet their needs. Women who are neurodivergent often face unique challenges in accessing and navigating healthcare services tailored to their experiences.
