The Masterclass is designed to put you in front of GPs who can refer to your practice and as such presents an excellent marketing opportunity for your practice, however the primary purpose must be education and we insist (in line with RACGP mandates) that you only have contact details and branding on the first and last slide of your presentation.

Just by virtue of you providing an excellent presentation, you will gain new referrals.

To facilitate that, you will be given a "virtual table" in the lounge area of the venue if you would like to talk one on one with the GP attendees after your talk.

You could also have this "branded" table attended by one of your practice team in the breaks, so they can answer questions specifically related to your practice.

The other major opportunity is in the days before and after the masterclass.

Your referral base want to hear from you. They want to know when you are providing training for them.

We recommend that you send 2 or 3 emails prior to the event to your referral base encouraging them to "attend" your session. (we can assist with this if you do not have email marketing software)

You will also be on the same program as other (non competing) specialists from your area. Some of the GPs they invite will want to refer to you, so after the event we will send out follow up emails to the attendees providing contact and referral details of all presenters.
